Job Summary
Empty, clean, and damp-wipe all waste receptacles, remove waste paper and rubbish, vacuum rugs and carpeted areas, and damp-mop hard floor surfaces in offices, lobbies, corridors, stairwells, and public areas. Hand dust and wipe clean office furniture, file cabinets, fixtures, and horizontal surfaces, while removing finger marks and smudges from vertical surfaces including doors, doorframes, light switches, and partitions. Maintain the janitor's closet in a clean, neat, and orderly condition. Perform other assigned duties as needed. This part-time 2nd shift role is with Servicon, a family-owned environmental solutions company specializing in infection prevention for complex facilities, where you will interact frequently with clients.
Required Qualifications
