Cleaner I at Concordia Hospital is expected to maintain a safe, clean and aesthetically pleasing environment for patients, residents, families and staff under the direction of the Environmental Cleaning and Laundry Services Supervisor. The role emphasizes following sanitation and hygiene standards, adhering to Workplace Safety and Health policies, and demonstrating effective time management and organizational skills. Strong English communication (spoken, written, reading) and the ability to follow directions and routine work are required, along with maintaining confidentiality and adaptability to changes in routine. The position is in-person, terms-limited, with shifts including days and weekends, and requires the ability to stand, walk, bend and lift as part of daily duties.
