Job Summary
Sweep sawdust, pick up debris, empty garbage, lift and move up to 25 pounds frequently, and bundle wood products in a fast-paced production facility. Work at heights as needed while maintaining a safe environment and correcting problems immediately. Recognize issues, communicate effectively with team and departments, and take personal responsibility for work quality and timeliness. This entry-level position includes training and offers advancement opportunities within the company.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Excellent attendance
- Commitment to maintain a safe work environment without compromise
- Recognize problems and have them corrected immediately
- Understand the importance of teamwork and have a positive impact on the team
- Open-minded and positive in dealing with change and new ways of doing things
- Able to communicate effectively with your team and other departments
- Take personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen (which includes testing for cannabis)
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds frequently
