Job Summary
Clean and prepare a range of areas at the Norwich FWC, including gym, changing room, shower, and poolside zones, while managing waste removal and periodic deep cleaning. Organize work and plan time with a Team Leader to ensure cleaning processes are followed and the location remains safe for customers. Use equipment safely, such as scrubber dryers, rotary machines, and carpet cleaners, supported by a first-class training programme. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer service in our Fitness & Wellbeing Clubs.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role
- Friendly nature
- Good communication skills
- Ability to organise work and plan time with assistance from a Team Leader
- Ability to ensure cleaning processes are followed
- Ability to ensure the location is clean, pleasant and safe for customers
- Ability to use equipment safely (such as scrubber dryers, rotary machines & carpet cleaners)
- Ability to be responsible for a variety of tasks, from gym, changing room, shower & poolside cleaning, waste removal & periodic deep cleaning
