Job Summary
Lead a production team in a 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:30 PM-10:30 PM) within Sartorius' clean room manufacturing operations. Responsible for allocating resources to daily production plans, overseeing plan adherence and output, delivering constructive performance feedback, driving corrective actions to maintain schedule and quality, coordinating timely maintenance of machinery, and monitoring KPIs to ensure safety, quality, and productivity. Requires leadership experience, strong troubleshooting across technical and operational tasks, and a calm, solution-oriented approach. Emphasizes continuous improvement, teamwork, and alignment with core values (Sustainability, Openness, Enjoyment). Onsite position at New Oxford, PA.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of leadership experience
- 3+ years of experience in production environments
- Proficiency in English
