Job Summary
Visually inspect, clean, label, and package product in a Clean Room environment while operating automated blasting and cleaning lines. Load parts into fixtures, monitor independent processes, and maintain cleaning tanks, walls, and fixtures per established procedures. Accurately complete nonconformance reports, enforce entrance protocols for controlled areas, and handle heavy or fragile parts throughout the shift. Adhere to strict Glove and Gown protocols, report deviations, and assist colleagues in contamination control. Work a steady, semi-medium production pace during graveyard shifts (10:00 PM–6:30 AM, Mon–Fri) with a $2.50/hour differential. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, minimum six months related experience, and ability to lift 50 lbs.
