Job Summary
Clean parts using hand and powered tools to remove slag and surface debris, then wash them in wash booths or approved chemical solvents. Perform assembly work according to specifications and inspect parts regularly to ensure quality standards before packaging finished parts for shipment. Record accurate labor and production data while maintaining a clean work area and following all safety procedures with required PPE. Support other production tasks as needed. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work and supports the team.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Completion of required production, quality, and safety training
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and use cranes or lifting devices for heavier loads
- Ability to bend, twist, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn
