Job Summary
Clean Living Associate responsible for cleaning and maintaining floors, restrooms, break areas, and common spaces; handle trash disposal; restock supplies; manage cleaning solutions and equipment; perform floor care tasks; monitor building conditions and report maintenance needs; maintain inventory of cleaning supplies; collaborate with the team in a fast-paced facility. Requires ability to read cleaning procedures, attention to detail, and physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs; basic English (Spanish a plus); prior cleaning experience preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to read and follow cleaning procedures and checklists effectively
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative
- Strong attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
- Basic English communication skills required; Spanish is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs
- Physically able to stand and move for extended periods, including walking, bending, twisting, reaching, pulling, and kneeling
