Job Summary
As a Clean Line Technician, perform chemical and mechanical cleaning of metal parts by hand, solvent bath, or other processes to remove unwanted materials; operate and maintain cleaning equipment (vapor blasters, wheelabrators, deburrers, blast cabinets); conduct incoming, in-process, and final cleaning with drying methods; mask surfaces for cleaning and non-destructive testing; monitor chemical concentrations and perform titration checks; participate in continuous improvement and cross-train; uphold safety protocols; HS diploma or GED required; ability to stand, lift up to 25 pounds, read English manuals, use required software, and be authorized to work in the U.S.; possible 4-day workweek in a 10-hour shift environment.
