Job Summary
Co-Founder / Head of Sales for a 100% remote startup initiative in Clean Energy. You will own, build, and run your startup within EWOR Fellows’ framework, iterating toward product-market-fit, and developing a sales/marketing engine with support from unicorn founders. Responsibilities include hiring through a vast professional network, coaching to prepare the startup for multi-million euro funding rounds, and guiding the team to scale revenues toward €100M+. You will receive coaching, access to top founders, and funding support, with emphasis on entrepreneurship, personal development, and strategic execution. Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocation; strong English communication skills required.
