Clean Energy Co-Founder / Head of Engineering (100 % remote) (m/f/d)

Own, build, and run your startup in Clean Energy while being employed by us; receive extensive personal development crafted by unicorn founders, and access funding and coaching to reach product-market-fit. You will be supported in hiring through our network of over 50,000 professionals and receive guidance to create a scalable sales/marketing engine. Funding support for securing multi-million euro rounds within 12 months is available, with prior fellows' successes highlighted. You are based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate, and you will drive the startup toward €100M+ in revenues with excellent English communication. The role involves collaborating with EWOR Fellows, iterating the product to fit market needs, and building a capable team and outbound strategies to scale the venture.
