Clean Energy Co-Founder / Head of Engineering (100 % remote) (m/f/d)

Co-Founder / Head of Engineering leading a clean-energy startup, responsible for building and running the venture with ownership and strategic input. You will work within an elite founder network, receive coaching from unicorn founders, and help shape product-market-fit, hiring, and go-to-market efforts. Responsibilities include owning the technical vision, developing the architecture, guiding engineering teams, and enabling the startup to scale toward multi-million euro revenue. You will engage in intensive coaching, support from a wide network to hire top talent (over 50,000 professionals), and work toward securing multi-million euro funding within 12 months. Location flexibility includes Europe or the Americas, with openness to relocation. Strong communication in English is required. The role emphasizes self-directed startup leadership, responsibility for the end-to-end product and engineering stack, and collaboration with a high-caliber network to build a sales/marketing engine and reach product-market-fit.
