Job Summary
Lead and manage multiple short- to mid-term projects within the Clean Energy Project Management group at SCE, coordinating with EV analysts, design hubs, and district/regional scheduling contacts to obtain approvals, secure permits/easements, schedule construction, and provide regular status updates. Responsibilities include directing tasks, developing action plans with leadership, collaborating with peers and stakeholders, supporting planning/execution of transmission/distribution projects (including wildfire mitigation, load growth, and infrastructure upgrades), and ensuring safety and data protection. Requires experience managing costs/scope/resources, strong prioritization under tight timelines, and the ability to work in a hybrid model (2 days onsite in California) with a presence in the SCE service territory. Travel up to 25% and relocation not applicable. Minimum qualifications emphasize five+ years in project management or support; preferred qualifications highlight proficiency with Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and WorkIT, independent multi-project handling, and experience presenting to technical/non-technical audiences.
