Job Summary
Provide transportation for guests and team members between Blackberry Farm and Smoky Mountain Sports Club, ensuring safe travel on the property and off-property. Follow supervisor instructions and assist departments to meet guest needs while maintaining familiarity with all current and future site developments. Operate a company vehicle or golf cart safely, working outdoors in all weather conditions across the 4,200-acre Blackberry Farm and 5,200-acre Blackberry Mountain properties. Maintain regular attendance and comply with all company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Hospitality experience
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and managers
- Basic knowledge and understanding of math
- Must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals
- Must be able to operate a company vehicle or golf cart safely
- Must be able to sit while driving a vehicle for extended periods
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Regular and consistent attendance
