Job Summary
Recruit students for the Jobs for Tennessee Graduates Program to prevent dropout and assist with transition to workforce, military, or post-secondary education. Teach the required Jobs for America's Graduates curriculum and arrange personal tutoring for students needing support. Monitor progress, manage student files, and maintain the JAG database through accurate data entry and reporting in the E-NDMS system. Consult with guidance counselors, teachers, and parents as needed, while assisting students with job searches and contacting prospective employers. Conduct monthly follow-ups for 12 months post-graduation and remain available after hours while maintaining confidentiality. Requires a Bachelor's degree with Tennessee endorsement and valid certificate.
