Classroom Teacher/Coach

Develop and implement curriculum plans and lessons for the classroom in accordance with Texas Education Agency guidelines; differentiate instruction to accommodate individual student differences; utilize a variety of instructional techniques and media; assess student progress and provide regular progress reports; supervise teacher aides and volunteers; integrate technology into the teaching/learning process; foster student study skills and maintain open communication with students, parents, and colleagues; supervise extracurricular activities as assigned; create a positive classroom environment, manage discipline per policies, and participate in district staff development and professional improvement activities.
