Job Summary
Provide active supervision and assist students within the classroom and throughout the school environment. Assist students with academic tasks and implement Behavior Intervention Plans with assigned students. Provide feedback to students in a therapeutic manner and collect data on student behaviors. Record student performance data and contribute to creating a safe environment through effective TCI and PBIS practices. This role may involve rotating among various classrooms. You will work Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 2:45 PM, including a year-round commitment with summer hours from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- CPR certification
- Certification in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Previous experience working with children with severe behaviors
