Classroom Substitute Teacher

Substitute for absent teachers or staff by providing students with appropriate learning activities across assigned academic subject areas. Enable students to develop competencies and skills for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth while functioning successfully in society. Complete the substitute teacher application with all required items prior to being considered for hire, followed by a criminal background check and orientation as mandated by the Texas Education Agency. Pay rates range from $100 to $120 per day based on certification status, with an additional $25 incentive for working ten or more full days in a calendar month.
