Job Summary
Conduct daily classroom operations, focusing on curriculum implementation, classroom growth, and assisting the Site Director. Coach and mentor new teachers while building and maintaining quality education within the programs. Ensure all DCYF Rule 3 Standards are met and complete required orientation training and background checks. This role supports a long-term career within New Creations Childcare & Learning Centers, which operates 17 centers in the Twin Cities area. The team embodies core values rooted in faith and family, encouraging children to explore and create in a safe, nurturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Associates Degree in a related field
- Must be Teacher qualified under DCYF Rule 3 Standards
- Official transcripts of all post-secondary work
- Two to three years of experience as a Teacher
- Two to three years of leadership experience in related field
- State DHS background check
- Fingerprints
- Certification in Adult and Pediatric First Aid & CPR
- All required DCYF orientation training
