Job Summary
Provide classroom ABA-based behavioral services in a sub-separate classroom, collaborate on IEPs and Behavioral Intervention Plans, conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and observations, supervise paraeducators, train staff in ABA techniques and Safety Care, respond to behavioral crises, and communicate recommendations to parents within a school setting.
Required Qualifications
- Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst
- Experience as an educational and behavioral consultant
- Experience with inclusion of students with Developmental Disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Knowledge and familiarity with state and district curriculum standards

- Proven ability to develop and implement Behavioral Intervention Plans and IEP goals
- Experience conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments and behavioral observations
- Experience developing and implementing alternative curricula within ABA programs
- Crisis response and de-escalation skills
- Experience communicating with parents regarding behavior and social issues
- Massachusetts educational environment familiarity
- Ability to adhere to school committee policies
