Job Summary
Support elementary students ages 18 months through grade 6 in a Montessori environment focused on curiosity, respect, and community. Collaborate with lead teachers to facilitate an educational approach based on children's natural development and innate curiosity. Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers of the children in your class. Contribute to a culture of collaboration and teamwork while maintaining an inclusive, equitable learning environment. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree, three years of experience, and AMI training implementation. Join Aidan Montessori School, Washington D.C.'s oldest Montessori school, to help children become independent, self-motivated, and socially responsible citizens.
