Job Summary
Classroom Aide to support teachers and students at Holy Redeemer Catholic School in the Archdiocese of St. Louis. Responsibilities include assisting with instructional activities and daily lesson implementation, providing individual and small-group support, maintaining a structured and inclusive classroom, reinforcing positive behavior, preparing instructional materials, supervising students during transitions, lunch, and recess, assisting with assignments, communicating student progress to teachers, and modeling Catholic values. The role also involves participating in school activities and meetings and supporting students’ social, emotional, and spiritual development. Requires a high school diploma (degree preferred); prior experience with children in a school setting and strong communication skills are valued, along with a commitment to Catholic education and values.
Required Qualifications

- Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting preferred
