Job Summary
Conduct daily classroom activities including reading stories, facilitating hands-on science experiments, and encouraging children to solve problems collaboratively. Support young learners in building confidence, independence, and a love of learning while working alongside lead teachers and assistant directors. Maintain a Monday through Friday schedule of 20–25 hours per week, ensuring a safe environment where children feel excited to participate. This role is part of a licensed program meeting Washington DCYF standards, with required training such as CPR/First Aid provided if needed.
