Job Summary
Classification Specialist (Fully Remote) will perform a full range of technical and administrative HR management services related to classification, including producing position descriptions, factor evaluation sheets, decision documents, and memorandums; evaluating and classifying positions in General Schedule and WG; updating and writing position descriptions; conducting position reviews; guiding supervisors and managers through major realignments of work; planning and conducting classification studies; drafting final decision documents and memorandums; and evaluating statements on sensitive issues. Requires 7-10 years of HR Specialist experience and familiarity with HR systems (e.g., PeopleSoft HR Connect, SecretServiceHire/Monster Government Solutions, National Finance Center, OPM eOPF). Remote work opportunity based on contract or position; strong emphasis on fast-paced environment, collaboration, and professional development within a woman-owned federal contractor context.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience working as an HR Specialist
- Experience using HR systems such as PeopleSoft (HR Connect) and SecretServiceHire / Monster Government Solutions, the National Finance Center and Office of Personnel Management eOPF is preferred
