Required Qualifications
- 3 + years working experience in the dairy industry
- Post-secondary education (preferred), or comparable relevant experience
- Practical knowledge of dairy cattle conformation
- Exceptional abilities in customer service and relationship-building
- Strong assessment, analytical, and observational skills
- Proficiency with computers; you are adaptable to new technology
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurability
- Ability to communicate well in both French and English is an asset
