Create rapport with vehicle owners by explaining consignment services and answering questions, then manage the full process from paperwork to CRM updates. Attend local car shows, cruise nights, and club meetings to build relationships with restoration shops, collectors, and community members. Welcome showroom visitors, assist with events like Caffeine and Chrome, and support coworkers to keep operations running smoothly. Meet established outreach and activity expectations weekly and monthly.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to attend local automotive events and community activities
Desired Qualifications
- Previous sales, business development, account management, customer service, or community outreach experience
- Automotive, collector car, consignment, or relationship based sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using a CRM and learning new software systems
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment
