Job Summary
Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to prospective consignors, confirm appointments, and maintain consistent communication. Create rapport with vehicle owners by explaining consignment services, answering questions, and managing paperwork and CRM records. Attend local car shows, cruise nights, and club meetings to build relationships with restoration shops and collectors. Host car club events at the showroom, welcome visitors, and support the team during events like Caffeine and Chrome. Manage customer renewals, track pending documents, and ensure accurate inventory updates. Work independently while contributing to a team environment to help vehicle owners sell their collector cars.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to attend local automotive events and community activities
Desired Qualifications
- Previous sales, business development, account management, customer service, or community outreach experience
- Automotive, collector car, consignment, or relationship based sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using a CRM and learning new software systems
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment
