Job Summary
Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to prospective consignors, confirm appointments, and maintain consistent communication. Build rapport with vehicle owners from the first conversation through the consignment process, explaining services and answering questions to encourage renewals and referrals. Attend local car shows, cruise nights, and car club meetings to network with restoration shops, collectors, and community members. Add new vehicles to inventory, manage pending paperwork, and keep accurate records in the CRM while supporting the showroom team with events and customer service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to attend local automotive events and community activities
Desired Qualifications
- Previous sales, business development, account management, customer service, or community outreach experience
- Automotive, collector car, consignment, or relationship based sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using a CRM and learning new software systems
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment
