Class Experience Lead

Leads member experience across Life Time classes (studio, cycle, yoga, and small group), mentors instructors, partners with the Concierge Manager to guide members to the right classes, and oversees spaces to ensure the right smell and look, establishing the foundation for the best experience. Responsibilities include mentoring, developing, and coaching team members to achieve top experiences; managing spaces to be clean, organized, and ambiance-appropriate; facilitating member connections through weekly touchpoints with the concierge manager and front desk activities; contributing to class content updates on the club's Facebook group; and supporting overall member engagement and operational excellence.
