Class D2 Media Paraprofessional at Minnetonka Middle School West, 4 hours per day, 193 days per year

Acts as first point of contact for technology issues in classrooms, troubleshooting hardware and software (including iPads, PCs, Smartboards, projectors, and sound systems). Performs routine maintenance, submits tech tickets, and assists with media-center materials, inventories, and equipment setup for assemblies and staff meetings. Provides iPad support and helps students and staff with iPad problems, including hardware and software; keeps iPads up-to-date and assists in instruction and supervision in the Media Center/computer lab. Maintains strong communication and problem-solving skills, and stays current with district technology by participating in meetings/workshops.
