Job Summary
Operate an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes, delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens while ensuring safe, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service. Safely connect to truck hoses to customer oil tanks to load/unload cooking oil, use company-issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance, and communicate clearly with customers to meet their needs. Monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service, always upholding DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standards. Work 4/10 shifts from Friday to Monday, starting between 2pm and 4pm, with an overnight/hotel stay per week. This role supports Restaurant Technologies' mission to provide innovative bulk cooking oil management services to over 35,000 food service providers across 41 U.S. locations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement
- Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, bending, twisting, etc.)
- Strong safety mindset
- Safe Driving Record (Past 36 Months): Limited MVR moving violations or PSP report violations
- Zero Tolerance (Past 5 Years): No speeding over 100 mph
- Drug & Alcohol Compliance: This position requires the operation of a DOT-regulated vehicle, and candidates will be subject to passing a DOT-mandated pre-employment drug test

Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED highly preferred
- 2+ years of CDL-regulated driving experience
- Bilingual
- Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting
