Job Summary
Supervise the swimming pool area during PE classes for middle school students at Minnetonka Middle School East. Maintain constant surveillance of the water, blow a whistle if a student is at risk or in danger, observe and guide student behavior to ensure safety and compliance with school rules, report any concerns to the teacher or building principal, and perform related duties. Requires the ability to exercise good judgment in crisis situations, self-motivation, punctuality, reliability, respect for confidentiality, and effective communication with staff and the public.
