Job Summary
Collect, transport, and store medical waste and sharps containers while operating company vehicles up to 26' box trucks. Manage assigned local routes, conduct pre- and post-trip inspections, and maintain DOT compliance including logs and roadside inspections. Load and unload containers throughout the day, organize truck priorities, and communicate route changes to ensure timely deliveries. Build positive relationships with healthcare customers through professional, friendly service. This full-time, permanent role requires a valid Class B CDL or clean driver's license with DOT medical card. Consistent M-F 1st shift hours (5 AM to 3 PM) with competitive pay, sign-on bonus, and full benefits starting day one.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL or valid drivers license with a clean driving record and DOT medical card
- Experience operating vehicles up to 26' box trucks
- Familiarity with DOT compliance, logging hours, and roadside inspections
- Confidence completing Level 1–3 DOT road checks
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and proven tenure with past employers
- Customer-focused mindset with a flexible, can-do attitude
- Commitment to safe driving and on-time delivery practices
- Must be able to lift heavy containers throughout the day
- Must be available for M-F 1st Shift (5AM to 3PM)
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
