Class B Lineman

Troubleshoot electrical lines and equipment while installing and removing conductors, transformers, and performing maintenance tasks from Groundman to Class C Lineman levels. Conduct routine line work with minimal supervision and demonstrate skills for live maintenance on high voltage lines. Provide support to Class A Linemen and communicate effectively with property owners and the public while adhering to all safety rules. Requires 3 to less than 4 years in overhead line construction, proficiency in electrical terminology, a valid driver's license with a safe driving record, and personal tools.
