Job Summary
Safely drive and operate a Class B tractor-trailer or other commercial vehicles, performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Deliver goods in a timely and safe manner to customer locations while managing cargo loading and unloading. Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies, ensuring timely submission of logs and paperwork. Maintain a clean driving record and report any vehicle issues immediately. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and navigate a variety of commercial vehicles. Valid Class A CDL, a clean driving record, and at least two years of driving experience are required. Knowledge of DOT regulations and ELD compliance is essential. This role offers a Monday-Friday schedule with a pay rate of $26 per hour. Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- A clean driving record, based on our fleet safety standards
- Ability to operate and navigate a variety of commercial vehicles
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and handle loading/unloading responsibilities
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and best driving practices
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Ability to pass background check, drug tests, and maintain an active medical card
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and ELD compliance
Desired Qualifications
- At least 2 years of Driving experience
- Experience with GPS and routing software
