Job Summary
Operate a Class B vehicle to transport life-saving medical products to local commercial and residential customers on a delivery route. Load and secure product from Medline Facility, safely drive between facilities and customer destinations, unload and deliver, provide in-person customer support with required documentation, communicate with dispatch for route adjustments, maintain travel and cargo logs per Federal/State regulations, and perform vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation and adequate fuel. Safe operation and timely, accurate deliveries are emphasized, with a focus on customer service and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Valid US driver’s license
- Valid Commercial Learner's Permit (CLP) for Class B License or Valid Class E License if required by state
- Minimum 2 years driving experience
- Must be able to meet all Federal and State requirements for the operation of commercial motor vehicles
- Must have a clean driving record with no serious violations
- Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent
