Class B Diesel Mechanic Technician - 2nd Shift

Job Summary
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on fleet diesel equipment including tractors, trailers, reefer units, and converter dolly; inspect and replace components, diagnose basic failures, and document work orders. Ensure compliance with state/federal trucking regulations, maintain licensing/registration, and conduct road call services as needed. Install, replace, and repair onboard computers; inspect brake systems, steering, wheel bearings, and related parts; perform routine maintenance using hand and power tools; maintain thorough documentation in the online Enterprise Asset Management system. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
- 2+ years of proven medium to heavy-duty vehicle repair including PM's, tire & wheel, air & air disc brakes, diagnosis, computerized diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, electronic component repair and experience in A/C refrigeration
