Job Summary
Transport freight between Service Centers and customers by loading, unloading, and operating a Class B tractor-trailer with Hazardous Materials and Tank endorsements. Conduct pre and post trip inspections, document freight control processes, and affix correct placards while maintaining vehicle cleanliness. Safely operate a forklift for product loading and unloading, assist with shipping paper preparation, and interact with internal and external customers. Adhere to operational guidelines and participate in training programs. Requires valid DOT physical, two years of driving experience, and ability to work irregular shifts. Full-time daytime role with competitive pay starting at $28.00 per hour and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.
Required Qualifications
- At least 23 years of age
- At least 18 months of commercial driving experience
- Valid Class B CDL with Hazardous Materials and Tank Endorsement
- Valid DOT Physical/Medical Card
- No DUI, Citation/Conviction for Reckless Operations in the past 3 years
- Less than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
- Basic math skills
- Fluent in English
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Able to pass a drug screen
- Must be able to safely operate a commercial motor vehicle
- Must be able to perform physical tasks associated with driving, equipment inspections, and local pick-up and delivery operations
