Job Summary
Transport freight between service centers and customers by loading, unloading, and operating a Class B tractor-trailer with hazardous materials and tank endorsements. Perform pre and post trip inspections, document freight control processes, and affix correct placards while maintaining vehicle cleanliness. Safely operate a forklift for product handling and assist customers with shipping paper preparation. Adhere to operational guidelines and participate in company training programs. Be available for irregular shifts and alternating schedules. Full-time daytime local work with overtime after 40 hours.
Required Qualifications
- At least 23 years of age
- At least 18 months of commercial driving experience
- Valid Class B CDL with Hazardous Materials and Tank Endorsement
- Valid DOT Physical/Medical Card
- No DUI, Citation/Conviction for Reckless Operations in the past 3 years
- Less than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
- Basic math skills
- Fluent in English
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Able to pass a drug screen
- Must be available for irregular work schedules, alternating work shifts and/or assignments
