Job Summary
Transport freight between service centers and customers by loading, unloading, and driving a Class B tractor-trailer while performing pre and post trip inspections. Safely operate a forklift to move products, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and affix correct placards for hazardous materials. Document all freight control processes, read shipping papers and road signs, and assist customers with paperwork. Interact with internal and external stakeholders while adhering to operational procedures and participating in training programs. Be available for irregular shifts and alternating schedules. Valid Class B CDL with Hazardous Materials and Tank Endorsement required.
Required Qualifications
- At least 23 years of age
- At least 18 months of commercial driving experience
- Valid Class B CDL with Hazardous Materials and Tank Endorsement
- Valid DOT Physical/Medical Card
- No DUI, Citation/Conviction for Reckless Operations in the past 3 years
- Less than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
- Basic math skills
- Fluent in English
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Able to pass a drug screen
- Must be available for irregular work schedules, alternating work shifts and/or assignments
Additional Requirements
- Must be at least 22 years of age
- Must have at least 1 year of commercial driving experience
- Eligibility for work in the United States
