Job Summary
Deliver hardwood lumber, sheet stock, doors, and supplies to customers using a Class B CDL. Physically load and unload products from the truck and occasionally lift heavy items for storage. Work the 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday shift with some occasional overtime. Follow all safety procedures, attend safety meetings, and pass required drug, background, and motor vehicle screenings. This role is safety-sensitive with routine drug screenings.
Required Qualifications
- Class B CDL license
- History of being a truck driver, delivery driver, and especially experience with a Class B CDL
- Strong physical stamina
- Self-motivated
- Able to pass drug test, background, Clearinghouse and motor vehicle pre-employment screen
- Must be able to pass a physical examination as required by the U. S. Department of Transportation and provide a valid medical card
- Must be able to lift heavy products to store, remove from storage, or load onto a truck
