Job Summary
Draft and review pleadings, conduct legal research and analysis, manage motion practice, and perform oral advocacy across all phases of commercial litigation and large class actions. Represent institutional SFR/BTR companies in defense litigation covering fair housing, criminal investigations, employment, and national operational compliance. Requires two to fifteen years of experience in complex commercial matters and admission to the Georgia Bar. This role is hybrid-based at the Atlanta office of an AmLaw 100 firm.
Required Qualifications
- at least two (2) to fifteen (15) years of experience handling commercial litigation and large class actions
- experience representing institutional SFR/BTR companies in all areas of defense litigation such as fair housing, criminal investigations by state Attorney General offices, employment, and national operational compliance
- demonstrated experience in all aspects of litigation, with a focus on complex commercial matters and class actions
- Superior writing skills
- strong analytical and research abilities
- excellent communication skills
- Admission to the Georgia Bar
