Job Summary
Manage your own late-model Freightliner or Kenworth tractor pulling dry van trailers across fixed regional corridors, with cargo handling fully managed by the carrier. Execute 2,000 to 2,400 miles weekly on drop & hook freight with a dedicated load planner, adhering to a 34-hour restart schedule for regular home time. Complete a 4 to 5-week paid mentorship phase mastering trip planning and compliance before transitioning to solo driving, or join the program as a recent school graduate with verifiable tractor-trailer time. Maintain a clean safety record for cash bonuses and ensure all logbook hours are managed efficiently to maximize earnings between $1,300 and $1,500 weekly.
Required Qualifications
- Valid, current Class A Commercial Driver's License
- Trucking school graduate status or at least 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer time
- Successful completion of the mandatory DOT physical and pre-employment substance screen
- A driving record showing no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
- Zero drug or alcohol driving convictions (DUI/DWI) within the last 36 months
- Background check clear of felony convictions for the past 5 years
