Drive Class-A trucks on regional routes centered in Ohio, managing a balanced mix of live loading, preloaded trailers, and drop-and-hook tasks with a dedicated planner. Operate solo after a 4-to-6-week paid apprenticeship with a certified trainer, transitioning immediately to full $0.56 CPM rates. Cover approximately 1,800 miles weekly across cold-weather states with a 34-hour restart schedule, requiring weekend work and winter driving readiness. Earn base pay starting at $0.56 CPM, advancing to $0.64 CPM, plus a $40 bonus for assignments under 100 miles and $15 per stop. Maintain a clean driving record with no DUIs or felony convictions, passing DOT medical and drug screenings. Required Qualifications
- A valid, unexpired Class A CDL
- Age requirement of 21 years or older
- A driving record featuring no more than 2 moving violations within the past 3 years

- Background history clear of felony convictions for the previous 5 years
- Ability to pass the required DOT medical evaluation and drug screening
