Job Summary
CDL-A driver needed for flatbed work. Home weekends with average earnings of $1,400–$1,500+ per week. Requires at least 1 year of OTR experience (3 states) in the past 3 years and 6 months of that must be flatbed within the past 5 years. Training available if eligible. Primary duties include flatbed hauling with tarps, use of straps, chains, binders, and tarps; no-touch freight; run volume typically 2000–2500+ miles per week; equipment includes Freightliners & T680s. Benefits include weekly pay, $300 weekly per diem, vacation pay, full benefits after 30 days, and potential $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- CDL-A
- 1 year OTR (3 states) with 6 months of it being flatbed within the past 5 years
- Local experience will not count
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- No more than 6 jobs in the past 3 years
- No more than 1 'At Fault' accident in the past 3 years
- No more than 1 DOT Preventable Accident within the last year
- Urine drug screen required
- Flatbed experience
- Ability to tarp loads (40%-50% of loads)
- No touch freight
