Job Summary
Assure work schedules for regular and special assignments provide the most effective and efficient service. Ensure trained security personnel properly staff all posts and perform duties in full compliance with facility procedures. Train and develop current security staff and new hires while reviewing and approving all reports and duty logs. Maintain effective communications with assigned personnel and ensure timely notification of all serious incidents. Counsel, advise, and motivate personnel, providing discipline or positive reinforcement as necessary. Work with management to develop employee relations, development, and retention programs. Must be available to be on call 24/7, with a schedule including evenings, night shifts, weekends, and holidays. Salary is $72,000 annually. Requires five years of large class A building security management experience and a valid driver's license with a clean record.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to be on call 24/7
- Work schedule may include evenings or night shifts and weekends/holidays as determined and scheduled annually
- Security Management of 700 contracted hours or more
- Security Training experience
- Valid Driver's License of 3 years or more with a clean Driving Record
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be available to cover various posts during the assigned shift
- Work schedule may include evenings or night shifts and weekends/holidays as determined and scheduled annually
- Must be able to multi-task and self-manage in a dynamic environment
- Must be knowledgeable of all company policies and procedures
- Maintain effective relationships with all levels of the company and client organizations
- High School Diploma
- Must be able to successfully pass ALL pre-employment background, and drug screenings
