Job Summary
Class A CDL Route Driver in Boston, MA responsible for loading, hauling, and delivering food waste on intra- and interstate routes with 15-25 stops per day, operating 30-45' open-top dump trailers, handling manual/automatic transmissions, using pallet jacks, performing pre- and post-trip inspections, maintaining equipment and paperwork, using the electronic logging system, and communicating with customers and vendors. Requires CDL, clean MVR/PSP, age 23+ and 2 years tractor-trailer experience (or 21+ with alternate qualifying experience), physical ability for lifting up to 70 lbs and rolling up to 300 lbs, ability to work outside in all weather, and pre-employment drug screen. Offers full-time hours with flexible scheduling up to 60 hours in a week and up to 70 hours in 8 days, and provides comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Class A CDL
- Clean MVR and PSP
- Must be at least 23 years old and have a minimum of 2 years full-time verifiable tractor-trailer experience OR 21 years old with 1 year of tractor-trailer experience IF a graduate from a Truck Driving School or 1 year of Military experience.
