Complete a 4–6 week paid on-the-road training program with a certified instructor or leverage 6+ months of experience to join the Professional Tier. Earn weekly settlements ranging from $1,300 to $1,700, plus an $0.08 CPM efficiency bonus for meeting safety and mileage targets. Receive a $300 orientation bonus upon your first solo settlement. Full medical, dental, and vision coverage begins after 30 days, alongside a 401(k) with company match and life insurance. Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
