Job Summary
Operate a Class A CDL vehicle on regional and OTR flatbed routes, securing loads on Conestoga, flatbed, and step-deck trailers while performing pre and post trip inspections. Drive up to 600 miles from the Nashville, TN area, adhering to safety standards and avoiding violations such as excessive speeding or erratic lane changes. Earn weekly compensation based on load percentage with flexible home time and performance bonuses. The team provides brand new equipment including 21" stretch frames and forward-facing cameras for enhanced visibility and safety.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver License with proper endorsements (Class A)
- 2 years of driving experience
- Must be 23 years old
- No current license suspension or revocation
- A work permit is not acceptable
- No serious or disqualifying traffic violations within the last three years
- No excessive speeding, involving any single offense for any speed of 15 m.p.h. or more above the posted speed limit
- No reckless driving
- No improper or erratic lane changes
- No following the vehicle ahead too closely
- No driving while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs
- No hit and run, leaving the scene of an accident, or failure to report an accident
- No more than four (4) moving violations in the past 36 months
- No more than two moving violations in the previous 12 months
- No preventable accidents involving a fatality, bodily injuries treated away from the scene, or disabling damage to a motor vehicle within three years
