Job Summary
Operate a Class A CDL vehicle in regional and OTR flatbed positions, safely securing loads on Conestoga, flatbed, and step-deck trailers while performing pre and post trip inspections. Run up to 600 miles weekly from the Nashville, TN area, adhering to safety standards that prohibit excessive speeding, reckless driving, and traffic violations. Earn $1,600 to $2,400 weekly based on percentage of load with flexible home time options. Join a team providing full medical, dental, and vision insurance starting day one, along with 401k, vacation, and performance bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver License with proper endorsements (Class A)
- 2 years of driving experience
- Must be 23 years old
- No current license suspension or revocation
- A work permit is not acceptable
- No serious or disqualifying traffic violations within the last three years as follows: Excessive speeding, involving any single offense for any speed of 15 m.p.h. or more above the posted speed limit
- No serious or disqualifying traffic violations within the last three years as follows: Reckless driving, as defined by state or local law or regulation, including but not limited to the offense of driving a motor vehicle in willful or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property
- No serious or disqualifying traffic violations within the last three years as follows: Improper or erratic lane changes
- No serious or disqualifying traffic violations within the last three years as follows: Following the vehicle ahead too closely
- No serious or disqualifying traffic violations within the last three years as follows: Driving while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs
- No serious or disqualifying traffic violations within the last three years as follows: Hit and run, leaving the scene of an accident, or failure to report an accident
- No more than four (4) moving violations in the past 36 months, and no more than two moving violations in the previous 12 months
- No preventable accidents involving a fatality, bodily injuries treated away from the scene, or disabling damage to a motor vehicle within three years
